At VIVEE, we want you to feel confident every time you order.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

How it works:
If your item isn't the right size or fit, contact us at support@viveewear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we'll get your exchange sorted.

Faulty, damaged or undelivered items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or is not delivered, contact us within 48 hours of your expected delivery date at support@viveewear.com with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached
  • Photographic evidence required for all damage or fault claims
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange
  • Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, faulty or undelivered orders
